The prices are informative.

The price contains: using of water, gas, electricity, swimmingpool from 15.04-15.10.2010, kidspool from 01.05 - 30.09.2010, WiFi Internet acces, possibility of cooking, bed-linen.

Air conditioning system and heating is extra.

Basic house price of holiday house "A" & "D" is based on a party of up to 8 persons , from the 9. person we charge an extra bed price.
Basic house price of holiday house "C" is based on a party of up to 2 persons , from the 3. person we charge an extra bed price.
Basic house price of holiday house "E" is based on a party of up to 4 persons , from the 5. person we charge an extra bed price.

Endcleaning:         60.-EUR in holiday house "A",
                              20.-EUR in holiday house "C",
                              50.-EUR in holiday house "D",
                              30.-EUR in holiday house "E".

Tax of tourism: 1,5 EUR/person (It is paid for adults over 18 years)
The tax of tourism is raised from the municipalities in Hungary. The cure tax is to be paid at the place.

Bail:                       250.-EUR in holiday house "A",
                                50.-EUR in holiday house "C",
                              200.-EUR in holiday house "D",
                              100.-EUR in holiday house "E".

The key delivery takes place only against bail. But the guests receive an acknowledgment of receipt. These keep you please up to the departure, and with delivery of the keys and acknowledgment of receipt we pay the bail back to you again, if everything remains in the holiday house as it was by arrival, and the keys is delivered.

Reduction

Child 0-2 years on extra bed         free of charge.
Child 2-10 years on extra bed       50% reduction .
Because the vacation homes are certain as object price, no more child reduction can be granted.

* If the number of guests are under 8persons, except for the high season, in holiday house "A"; "B"
and holiday house "D", the guests can get a reduced price based on commen agreement.

We give reduction for our regular customers.   (except high season)

Open:

Holiday house "A", holiday house "C" , holiday house "D" and holiday house "E" can be rent during the whole year long.

Swimming pool, kid's pool :

The covered swimmingpool operates from 15. April till 15. October.
The kid's pool operates from 15. May till 15. September ( + 2-2 weeks depends on the weather )
The swimming pool and the kid's pool are solarheated.

Air conditioning system in holiday house "A" , "C" and "D"

Use of air conditioning system is possible on request against payment. (only cost of electricity)

Central heating system in holiday house "A" and holiday house"D"

Heating is possible on request against fee. (only gas costs)

Reservation (minimum)

- in the high season only from Saturday till Saturday 7 nights
- at other times 3 following nights (shorter period can be fixed by personal arrangement)

Sorry, pets are not allowed

Number of guests

Our guests can take the dwellings up only with the indicated maximum (booked) number of persons. The extra beds are suitable both for adults and and for children aswell. During the reservation we can give you over it detailed information.

Cleaning

Cleaning and laundry change take place only with the rotation change. Bedlinen is made available. (with the longer stay the bedlinen each 2.week is placed, or according to desire however against payment possible.)

House rule

The house rule is to be kept, and to leave and the furnishings in that condition, how they are found. (including the equipment and cleanliness) During the reservation we can give you over it detailed information.

We recommend to carry

We recommend our guests to carry the following in the luggage: Towel, soap, rinsing tablet, table cloth, napkins, flashlight...

Arrival/departure

Our guests can take over the booked object after 15 o'clock on the day of the arrival.
The house on day of the departure must be vacated and delivered the keys to 10 o'clock.
